1、本设备主要配套于冷弯成型、连续冲压、自动钣金、分条等自动化生产线，用于带钢、铝板、铜板、不锈钢板、铁板、非金属等卷材的放料/送料、开卷/收卷。

2、机身采用箱式结构，整体焊接成形，整机刚性好。

3、采用加长加强型主轴支撑，整机运行稳固，是理想的放料/送料、开卷/收卷设备。

4、托料瓦叶片采用圆弧面设计，瓦板弧度与材料内径吻合，既光滑耐磨又保护了原材料表面，在使用过程中对材料表面不会造成任何磨损。

5、采用四叶片设计的托料瓦结构，可调节卷材直径大小，操作方便。

6、配有刹车装置，使卷材转动更加平顺,并增加主轴负荷力。

7、配置品牌电机（马达）配合减速机控制转速，采用链条传动不打滑，功能好，可靠性高，故障少。
